Why we ride.

Hear from the people who make this club special.

"I hadn't ridden a bike in 15 years. Within two weeks I had a group of friends and a new favourite weekly habit. The no-drop policy is real."

Sarah K. Riding since 2021

"I moved to Edmonton not knowing a soul. Peace Ave gave me a community. It's the highlight of my week, every Wednesday. Some rainy starts turn into lovely rides, too."

Marcus T. Riding since 2022

"Casual enough for beginners, social enough for locals who just want good company on two wheels."

Jamie L. Riding since 2019

Questions?

Stuff every new rider wonders about.

I'm a beginner, can I join?

Absolutely. We ride at a casual pace and nobody gets left behind. Spring rides are easier and flatter to help you build confidence.

What kind of bike do I need?

Any functional bicycle works: road, hybrid, mountain, cruiser. Just make sure the brakes and tires are in good shape.

What if I can't keep up?

We have a strict no-drop policy. The ride leaders adjust the pace to the slowest rider, and we always regroup at intersections. It's a shared responsibility and we all look out for each other.

Is there a cost?

Nope! It's free. Just show up with a bike and a positive attitude.

What happens if it rains?

We post ride cancellations in the Facebook group by 5:00 PM on ride days. If the weather is trash, you'll hear about it by 5. If it's just drizzle, we usually still roll.
